Oliven\u00f6l, Weinessig, Wasser, etwas frische Petersilie, Zitronenschale, eine Prise Zucker, einen Zweig Rosmarin, Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter und ganze Pfefferk\u00f6rner vermengen. Die Mischung zum Kochen bringen.<\/p><p>Die gebratenen Sardinen in einen Beh\u00e4lter zum Marinieren legen und den abgek\u00fchlten &#8220;Savur&#8221; dar\u00fcber gie\u00dfen.<\/p><p>Die marinierten Sardinen im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren.
