Tuna Tortilla with Andante Vinegar
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, BBQ sauce, fresh bell pepper, and corn.
Heat each tortilla on a pan on both sides until lightly browned. Transfer it to a flat surface. Spread the tortilla with the mixture, add tuna, grated cheddar, bell pepper strips, and corn.
Cover the edges of the tortilla towards the center, forming a roll like a pancake. Wrap the tortilla in transparent foil and put it in the refrigerator to rest for half an hour.
After resting, slice the tortilla into rings.
Heat a pan and fry each ring on both sides. Arrange the fried rings on a bed of arugula on a plate.
Before serving, drizzle Nota Andante balsamic vinegar on top of the tortilla.
