Bruschetta with Cherry Tomatoes Braised in Forte Nero Vinegar

Instructions:

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cherry tomatoes and sauté for a few minutes until softened.

Add Forte Nero vinegar, honey, sage, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to taste. Braise together for a few more minutes until the tomatoes caramelize and absorb the flavors.

While the tomatoes are braising, prepare the baguette. Toast the baguette slices in the oven or on a pan until crispy.

Spread a thin layer of truffle spread on each baguette slice. Then place lamb’s lettuce leaves over the truffle spread.

Once the cherry tomatoes are done, place them on top of each baguette slice with truffle spread and lamb’s lettuce.

Before serving, garnish each bruschetta with lemon zest and fresh mint leaves.

  • 3 tablespoons Forte Nero vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Baguette, sliced
  • Truffle spread
  • Lamb’s lettuce
  • Lemon zest and fresh mint for serving
