  2. Contact information and communication data with NOTAVINEGAR (email address, phone number, date, time, and content of postal or email communication).
  3. Channel and campaign – the source through which the user-customer came into contact with NOTAVINEGAR (website and advertising campaign, i.e., action, call center).
  4. Data about user orders and issued invoices (order receipt and execution dates, purchased products, product prices, final order selection, payment method, delivery address, invoice number and issue date, identifier of the person who issued the invoice, etc.), and data on product complaint resolutions.

Processing Based on Law and Contractual Obligations

When providing personal data is a contractual obligation, necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract with NOTAVINEGAR, or a legal obligation, you must provide personal data. For example, if you do not share personal data (name, address for delivery, phone number) with NOTAVINEGAR, it will not be able to conclude a Distance Selling Agreement or process the order because it will not have information about the buyer and the delivery address.

Purpose of Data Processing

  1. Opening a user account: To use the NOTAVINEGAR platform and place orders, registration as a user is required, including providing personal data such as email address, username, and password.
  2. Distance selling contract: To conclude a distance selling agreement, it is necessary to provide product delivery information. If the user chooses to pay by credit card, they need to enter card details on the T-Com PayWay system pages. NOTAVINEGAR does not have access to card data; it only receives information from the Pay Way system about whether the purchase has been approved by the card issuer or not.
  3. Processing based on legitimate interest: NOTAVINEGAR may process data based on legitimate interests necessary for better service provision, unless such interests are overridden by the individual’s interests or fundamental rights and freedoms that require the protection of personal data.

Automated Email Communication with the User Based on Unfinished Orders

Based on its legitimate interest, NOTAVINEGAR occasionally sends email notifications to potential customers who have added products to their cart but did not complete the order, aiming to offer assistance or information.
